Refrigerant-side diagnosis may be relevant on suitable equipment, but many manufacturers supply the sealed refrigeration system as a complete assembly rather than economical individual refrigerant components. Where a technically possible repair would not make commercial sense, that should be explained rather than encouraged.

The published charge covers attendance, inspection/testing, diagnosis and the labour reasonably required to complete the agreed repair for the reported fault. If a required part has to be ordered, a reasonable return attendance to fit that part is included where the work can be completed efficiently as part of the same repair arrangement. Parts are additional.

Where more than one eligible non-gas appliance is dealt with during the same planned visit, a reduced labour charge may apply to the cheaper eligible appliance(s). Tell us about all appliances when arranging the visit so we can confirm the applicable price. Parts/assemblies are additional.

Any paid parking reasonably required to attend the property is charged at cost.

Parts are additional and will be estimated before ordering. Parts requiring ordering are normally paid for before ordering. Payment is due on completion unless an authorised credit arrangement applies.

3-Month Repair Guarantee

Customer-paid repairs are covered for three months from completion for Ecofix Scotland workmanship and parts supplied and fitted by Ecofix in connection with the specific repair carried out. The guarantee does not cover unrelated or subsequent faults elsewhere in the appliance. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Supply & Installation

Supply and installation/connection of suitable tumble dryers can be provided by estimate, subject to the appliance type, ventilation/condensate requirements and the installation conditions.
