Liebherr partner-service work is priced separately from the standard postcode-checker rate. This includes suitable domestic refrigeration and Monolith premium domestic refrigeration. Liebherr commercial refrigeration enquiries are handled through the Commercial Refrigeration division rather than the standard Domestic Appliances pricing route.
Prices vary by service area because travel requirements differ. The checker uses the postcode to determine the applicable Ecofix Scotland service-area price.
The applicable charge covers attendance, inspection/testing, diagnosis and the labour reasonably required to complete the agreed repair for the reported fault. A reasonable efficient return attendance to fit an ordered part is included for the agreed non-gas repair. Parts are additional.
Where more than one eligible non-gas appliance is dealt with during the same planned visit, a reduced labour charge may apply to the cheaper eligible appliance(s). Tell us about all appliances when arranging the visit so we can confirm the applicable price.
Any paid parking reasonably required to attend the property is charged at cost.
Parts are additional and will be estimated before ordering. Parts requiring ordering are normally paid for before ordering. Payment is due on completion unless an authorised credit arrangement applies.

Where parts or further work are required, we provide an estimate and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
The completed repair is checked as appropriate to the work carried out.
3-Month Repair Guarantee
Customer-paid repairs are covered for three months from completion for Ecofix Scotland workmanship and parts supplied and fitted by Ecofix in connection with the specific repair carried out. The guarantee does not cover unrelated or subsequent faults elsewhere in the appliance. Your statutory rights are not affected.
When Repair May Not Be Economical
Parts availability, sealed-system design, age, condition and the value of the appliance can affect whether a technically possible repair is economically sensible. Ecofix will explain the findings and repair estimate so the customer can make an informed decision.
